- Pinehurst Manufacturing is one of the new breed of “super-vendors” to the apparel industry, offering “apparel from start to finish,” including design and merchandising, raw materials sourcing, cut/make/trim, and printing and embroidery.
- The Pinehurst portfolio includes graphic and performance T-shirts, sports jerseys, shorts, sweatshirts, compression and yoga wear, and other athletic and performance apparel.
- Pinehurst has 42 sewing lines in its 207,495 sq. feet of manufacturing space in Honduras, and is in the process of adding machines. We are capable of shipping some 850K garments per month.
- Working in collaboration with our customers, Pinehurst develops, sources, and stocks the latest textiles and technologies from suppliers in the Western hemisphere. Our expertise includes knits, wovens, fleeces, stretch fabrics, and trims.
- We offer a wide range of decorative design options, starting with our in-house art department, and including silk-screening and embroidery, sublimation printing, and heat transfer embellishment.
